Customer Service

DIGI mobil Customer Service is composed by specialized consultants in mobile telephony and Internet, who speak Spanish and English, and are exclusively dedicated to customers of DIGI mobil Spain.

It´s main aim is to solve the customer requests as quickly as possible. Moreover, our Customer Service is the main source of information about the products and services offered by DIGI mobil.

We are available to provide the best service to our customers during the next schedule:

- from Monday to Saturday, from 07.00h-24.00h (Spanish mainland time)

- on Sundays, from 7.00h-23.00h (Spanish mainland time)

There are several ways to contact DIGI mobil:

  • When you are in Spain

Calling 1200 (free call from DIGI mobil network)

Calling 642.642.642 (free call from DIGI mobil network. If you call from a different operator in Spain, the call will have the normal cost of one call according to the rates of the operator).

Calling 901.666.642 (accessible from any operator. The call will have the cost of one 901 number call, according with the operator standard cost. If you call from a DIGI mobil phone, would have the same cost that one call on the network).

 

  • When you are roaming in another country

Calling 0034.642.642.642 (free call from DIGI mobil network in the EU).
